Welcome to the ACG 2025 ePoster Hall
ACG is excited to present over 6,400 scientific abstracts which have been accepted for poster presentation at the ACG 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting. All attendees of ACG 2025 can browse the virtual ePoster Hall to view the accepted abstracts as well as high-quality digital versions of the printed posters, many of which include audio recordings by the presenters. The ePoster Hall site will remain open after the ACG 2025 meeting.
How to View ePosters and Message Authors
- SEARCH - Use the Search bar in the upper right corner or use the menu at the left to search by title, author, category, etc. Clicking on a title or author name will open a new page where you can click the ePoster thumbnail to view it, and if the author has recorded audio, it will play automatically.
- VIEW - Click the ePoster Gallery to view the digital ePosters. Zoom in on details (or pinch in/out with a touch screen device), and use the Search bar to search by author name, affiliation, poster title, or a specific word.
- CONTACT AUTHOR - To send a question or comment directly to an author, click a poster title to view the poster, then click the author’s name to open a new window and use the Email button to contact them. Authors without a button did not share an email address.
ACG Awards and Special Recognition
Award recipients are identified by blue ribbon badges. Winners of named and category awards, as well as recipients of Presidential Poster Awards, are chosen by the ACG Abstract Selection Committee based on scores and merit of qualifying abstracts submitted, and the criteria for each award. Each year approximately 5-7% of accepted abstracts receive the ACG Presidential Poster Award for high quality, novel, unique, or interesting research.
ACG 2025 Embargo Policy
All research presented at ACG 2025 is strictly embargoed until 12:00 pm PT (3:00 pm ET) on Sunday, October 26, 2025. The embargo policy means that no news, information, results of any abstract, or research finding can be released to the media or published before Sunday, October 26, 2025 at 12:00 PM (3:00 pm ET). This embargo includes revealing anything about the results (including the title of the abstract, since often times the title indicates the finding) in a press release or “curtain raiser.” ACG’s embargo policy is for media, and is a restriction on news or press releases being issued about abstracts. Accepted abstracts are available online prior to ACG 2025, for attendees’ planning purposes. The embargo policy applies to all abstract data regardless of when it is made available/published in ACG resources. Embargo questions should be directed to the ACG Media Department, mailto:mediaonly@gi.org.
